A LEADING Sunderland law firm has expanded its property team, with the appointment of a new solicitor.

And joining Richard Reed Solicitors has not only delighted Hannah Parton – but it’s also been welcomed by her entire family.

Hannah, 27, has worked in Newcastle for a number of years, first as a remortgage paralegal and then as a trainee solicitor.

She completed her qualifications last year and has now moved back to her home town to take up her new position.

“I was aware of Richard Reed because they are such a well established firm and my family who live in Sunderland were very excited that I was going for an interview there,”.

“They were even more excited when I got the job and that I would be working back in the city.”

Hannah did her law degree at Teesside University, followed by her Masters at the University of Sunderland before completing her training.

Working extensively in the fast-growing area of buy-to-let and in residential property, she is looking forward to being part of the Richard Reed team.

“Even though I’ve only been with the firm for a week I know it was exactly the right decision,” she said.

“They are such great people to work with and I am looking forward to also learning so much more from their experienced property solicitors.

Sarah Reid, Managing Director at Richard Reed, said the firm was delighted to welcome Hannah on board.

“We are sure Hannah will be an integral part of our property law team, using her property expertise to support our clients. We know she is going to be a really valuable asset to Richard Reed,” she said.
